Tags: This system has been designed for use with standard Balco tags (35mm). Johnsons are able to supply this size tag on request. For other exporters, please communicate with your representative to ensure the supply of correctly sized tags.
Baler: Please confirm that your baler meets the chamber rib dimensional requirements (imaged above).
SPECIFICATIONS:
Holds more than 200 tags.
A simple and intuitive in cab control screen keeps track of the tag count remaining and alerts the user to any faults.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Air supply either from a compressor on your baler or tractor. (Tractor works best)
Additional air tank. This is only required for balers that blow compressed air on knotters prior to / during knotting. This will need to be “Teed“ in to the balers air supply with the provided non return valve. This ensures adequate air supply for Taggr.
We recommended the 24 L tank from MaxiParts.
Air line with female Nitto fitting.
Camera system to allow on-the-go tracking of taggr operation.
Ram mount hardware for the control box with size B (‘1’) ball.
Air gun for blowing out the enclosure before adding new tags.
